WHO IS COLLECTOR'S GALLERY?For over 15 years, Collector's Gallery has been the premier source for Photo Memory Products and for Gift and Confectionery Packaging. Originally founded in Minnesota in the mid-80's, Collector's Gallery was purchased in 1994 by Warwick Publishing Company, Inc. Operations and distribution were moved to company headquarters in St. Charles, Illinois in the Spring of 1998 where Collector's Gallery could enjoy the full benefit of the manufacturing capabilities of Warwick Publishing Company. Our customers are our number one priority. All serious emails will be responded to by one of our Customer Service representatives or Department Managers. HOW WILL YOU USE MY NAME & INFORMATION?We believe in your Privacy. Collector's Gallery will use your e-mail address only to confirm your Internet orders, notify you of changes and updates to our site or to announce a special promotion or product sale. You can be assured that your e-mail address will never be made available to other companies. WHERE CAN I VIEW YOUR PRODUCTS?Right here on the Internet! With over 1,500 individual products offered, we are confident that you will find a number of products which will make your gift giving experience more enjoyable. You may even find a few things which you just can't live without! HOW CAN I BUY YOUR PRODUCTS?Our web site has been designed to link the different product families together. This will help you get the most out of your shopping experience viewing not only the products you want but seeing products that coordinate together. Our shopping cart gives you real time accounting of our product availability. As the manufacturer of our products inventory levels are continuously changing. Please contact us if some of the products you want appear to be outofstock. Chances are, if we are showing it on our website, we are in the process of restocking it. We can contact you to let you know when your product will be back in stock. WHERE CAN I FIND A STORE LOCATION?Our photo products are sold at a variety of photo retailers, and near the photo counter of many in-store photo processing centers. A LITTLE ABOUT OUR PHOTO MEMORY PRODUCTSAll of our Photo Memory products are designed to showcase not over power your photographs. Looking for a way to display Senior and School portraits, Family portraits, Engagement and Wedding portraits, Cruise and Resort photography and your candid photographs without investing a lot of money in traditional frames? You'll love our wide variety of options, suitable for a variety of photographs. Our selection of professional portrait folders and folios frame all your photos and prints just like a professional studio photographer. Available in Classic, Conventional or Contemporary styling, each folder is beautifully embossed in a linen weave finish with deckle cut edges. The contemporary portrait folder is available in rich ebony board or white for both horizontal or vertical format prints, the Classic Portrait folders with gold foil bordered window opening and the Conventional Portrait folders with a black foil bordered window opening. Portrait Folders are side-load construction with an interior window. Whatever you are looking for we know you will find something for yourself or the people in your life. A LITTLE ABOUT OUR GIFT & CANDY PACKAGING PRODUCTSEveryone says your family recipes are as good as a fourstar restaurant. So why are you baking all day and then packaging them on paper plates covered in foil? Collector's Gallery offers a wide array of packaging options that will make your homemade treats and goodies look like the professionals. All of our Gift and Candy Packaging products are designed for direct food contact. However, we do not suggest you use our paper boxes with greasy or moist food items. The selection seems to be endless five sizes of patterned Party and Gift bags Window Boxes in various sizes and capacities and Party Totes which look great as table favors, balloon weights and as gift packages. You will even find the things you need to create professional gift baskets including Create A Basket gift sets with coordinating Tray and Bag and a selection of clear and printed Heat Shrink Basket bags. Once you start shopping you won't want to stop! WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER?There is no minimum order when you make your purchase on the web. You can shop as often as you like purchase only what you need and be assured that you are still receiving the same level of attention that all of our customers receive. HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. HOW WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?Your order will ship through UPS. Then on our check out page you will be able to select from the various service levels UPS offers. WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING CHARGES?Freight charges are based on the weight of the product ordered, the zone it is shipping to and the level of service requested. Final shipping charges will appear on your check out page so you will see exactly what you are being charged. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?Refer to the map below to determine how long it will take for your package to arrive from our warehouse in Chicago, IL. (Please note that shipping times are approximate) Selecting Next Day Air service does not mean you will receive your order the next day. Most orders received after 12:00 CST will be processed on the next business day and will leave our facility in one to three business days after being processed. If you have a special request or question, please contact us at 1.800.346.3063 prior to submitting your order. If you have ordered personalized imprinting, you can expect your order to ship in 10 to 14 days. Please plan accordingly when ordering dated products. To track the status of this or any of your orders, please log in to our website (top right corner of every page) and once logged in, click the "order review" link on the top right of your page. HOW DO YOU HANDLE RETURNS?Although we are confident that you will be thrilled with the quality of our products, you may have selected a product which does not suit your needs. In those cases, we ask that you contact us directly so that we can exchange your products for you. While we hope you will find a suitable item to exchange, in cases where that is not possible, we are only able to refund the purchase price of the product. Shipping and handling fees, if applicable, are not refundable. Because our Gift and Candy Packaging products are foodsafe, packages that are returned without prior authorization will be refused. IS YOUR SITE SECURE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?Yes. You can be confident that all the information you send over the web, especially your credit card information will be sent using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology. Further, your credit card number will not be retained by Collector's Gallery. Each time you return, you will be asked to resubmit payment information. HOW CAN I OFFER YOUR PRODUCTS IN MY STORE?As a retail store owner, Collector's Gallery offers you our products at wholesale prices. Please contact us for your Account ID and Password. Once set up you will be able to place orders, check the status of your order, track your shipment and see our products between visits from your local Sales Representative. WHICH PRODUCTS CAN BE IMPRINTED?A large number of our products can be custom imprinted. Event Folders, Gate Fold Folders, Portrait Folders, Polaroid Easel Frames, Double View Folders and many more. Just look for the "Imprint This Item" button on our product detail pages. CAN I PLACE MY IMPRINT ORDER ONLINE?Yes you can! If your item is imprintable, an "Imprint This Item" button will appear on the product detail page. By clicking on the button a pop-up window will appear which will prompt you to fill out your imprinting information. Imprinting information can be reviewed and updated at any time prior to checking out, by clicking the "View Cart" link at the top of each page. From there you will see a "Review Imprint" button next to your item. You can click this button and change your imprinting information on an item. COPYRIGHTED IMAGESStudio Style respects and upholds the legal rights of photographers, artists & other image authors and owners. It is unlawful for us to print images that are copyrighted without the express written permission of the person or entity that created the original work. If you have a copyrighted image, please contact the photographer and request a signed copyright release. This signed copyright release must be mailed to us (emails not accepted), and we will keep it on file. If you make the decision to scan your professionally taken images on your own, for the sole purpose of making copies, you are assuming the legal risk for violating any copyright. Remember, this is a willful neglect of copyright laws and is a criminal act. By submitting these images to us, you agree to assume full responsibility if any conflicts arise with the photographer. You agree to hold harmless studiostyle.com for all costs, expenses, attorney's fees or judgments resulting from any claims or lawsuit made against studiostyle.com on any grounds claiming that the work produced violates any copyright or proprietary right of any person or entity. HOW LONG WILL MY IMPRINT ORDER TAKE?Custom imprinting takes 10-14 business days from proof approval, if requested. HOW CAN I GET A CATALOG?Simply contact us to request our catalogs by mail or go to our new catalogs page where you will have access to view, download or print our catalogs from your computer. Wholesale catalogs are sent when a resale Tax ID number is supplied. You can also visit us at one of the many National tradeshows we exhibit at each year. |
