ABOUT OUR COMPANYIn 1994, Collector's Gallery was purchased by Warwick Publishing Co., a family-owned company in its fourth generation of management. Our company philosophy embraces our customers and reps as part of the Collector's Gallery family. Our customers are not just commodities, they are the reason we are a company. Rob and Jim Paschal, owners of Collector's Gallery, support every effort to get the job done for our customers. Collector's Gallery was originally designed as a line of "gallery" quality stationary, stickers, note cards and gift-wrap. From the beginning, Collector's Gallery has been a design-driven line. By listening to the needs of our customers, the company has evolved into two very successful divisions: photo and packaging. It is important to note that our products are manufactured here in the United States, which allows us to guarantee the integrity and quality of our products to the consumer. Within our Photo division, the most recognized product is our traditional insert photo cards. Printed on archival-safe card stock, which appeals to the scrap booking market, photo cards are available in both holiday and everyday patterns. Photo Cards feature beautiful Holiday border designs, some embellished with foil accents. A large number of our Photo Cards include interior artwork. Collector's Gallery also stocks a growing line of Portrait Folders, Folios & Frames designed to accommodate a variety of print sizes in horizontal or vertical orientations. Although our Photo products have traditionally excelled with retailers who offer photo finishing, the line has made a successful transition into the gift and specialty markets over the course of the last few years. Our second division consists of food-safe specialty boxes and containers available in a rainbow of colors and designs. In addition to our seasonal mix for Halloween, Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, Christmas, Valentine's Day and Easter, there is a heavy design emphasis on baby, wedding and birthday. We also manufacture and stock over 30 patterns of transparent cellophane party bags, which we call "Sell-O" bags. Every Sell-O bag pattern is available in four sizes, while some designs are offered in six. Our Sweet Treat bags, introduced in 1996, are adorable die-cut shaped confectionery bags. Once filled, Sweet Treats make great party favors or balloon weights. We also stock a collection of designer foil-accented clear bags for an upscale alternative to Sell-O. We offer unique product that allows any retailer an opportunity to truly service their customer's needs. For instance, the ability to customize our product with an imprint allows retailers to offer both a service and a personal touch that cannot be matched by a mass-market store. Our low minimum for personalization allows retailers to offer imprinting to their customers with no inventory to carry. In addition to our standard product offering, we also offer full-service custom work. By combining custom print runs with our own product runs, we control each step in the manufacturing process from design development by our on-site art department through the printing and assembly process. Our customers are assured they have received quality product at competitive prices. We launched www.collectorsgallery.biz at the end of 2000 and our dedicated web design team works daily to add new product, new features and create a better web experience. Our existing wholesale customers are assigned an exclusive ID and PIN number, which allow them to view our secure retailer module. Once logged on, they are able to view our entire product line, review their order history, place orders online and track their orders through RPS or UPS. To stay focused on where we are going in the marketplace, we stay focused on our customers. They keep us fresh and creative, and we are always striving to create better products for them. The only people who can tell you what you are doing right or wrong are the people that are buying your products. We have an incredible customer-service department that continually brings customer requests to our attention. Our outside sales reps call and discuss trends that they see emerging in the field, and we have an incredibly talented art department that designs new product concepts all year long. In late 2006, we launched online custom enabling customers to upload artwork and personalization. In 2007 we announced the addition of custom photo cards. Unlike traditional pocket-style insert cards, these custom cards feature your photo and text and are printed in-house by our art department on foldover style cards. |
